Mobile Application Privacy Notice
This privacy notice is addressed to all persons who access the Mobile Application (hereinafter "The Application") and aims to make you aware of the information that Pendulum, S. de R.L. de C.V. (hereinafter Pendulum), as the owner of the Application, may collect through it, as well as the purpose for which it is collected.
The information collected by Pendulum constitutes only observed and inferred information about your interaction with our Application, which allows the owner of such information to be directly or indirectly identified.

Information Collected by Pendulum
Derived from your use of the services offered through our Application, Pendulum may collect observed and inferred information about your interaction with it.
Observed Information
Includes information about:
- Your browser.
- Your navigation within the application.
- Your device.
- The type of connection you use.
- The location of your device.
- Your interaction and consumption of content in the Application.
Inferred Information
Includes statistical data generated due to your interaction with the Application.
The information that Pendulum may infer or obtain as a result of the application of various data analysis technologies will be used in an anonymized manner to carry out profiling activities and to inform you of advertising information that may be of interest to you.
Use of Camera
Your device's camera is used to capture photographs within the use of the Mobile application.
* It is important to mention that photos that are not documents are resized to a resolution of 500*800 or 800*500 pixels as appropriate.
Device Geolocation
Your device's Geolocation is used to collect the device's location every 10 minutes, provided it is more than 1000 meters from the previously collected point.
* Collected locations are displayed in the Tracking application, which shows the location of field executives between 08:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs.
We inform you that in our Application we may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies that allow us to comply with the purposes reported in previous paragraphs.
Data Retention and Conservation Period
Pendulum will retain observed and inferred information, including images captured with the camera and geolocation data collected during the field day, only for the period strictly necessary to comply with the operational purposes described in this notice (monitoring and validation of collection activities) or to comply with current legal and regulatory obligations.
Definitive Elimination
Once the data is no longer necessary for the service or the regulatory retention periods are met, the information will be definitively deleted or irreversibly anonymized from our servers and systems, preventing any subsequent association with the owner.
Means to Communicate Changes to the Privacy Notice
Pendulum reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove parts of this Privacy Notice at any time. In such case, Pendulum will publish these modifications on its website and/or in this privacy notice and will indicate the date of the last version of the notice.
It is recommended to regularly visit this notice to be informed if any changes occur.
