Pendulum’s collection executives and attorneys are expected to operate under the highest of ethical standards. If you are a debtor, you have the following rights, including that you:

Shall be treated with respect.
Have the right to know how much you owe, and the nature of the obligation.
Have the right to verify Pendulum’s legitimate ownership of the credit.
Shall not be discriminated against under any circumstance.
Should know that no collector or lawyer employed by or working on behalf of Pendulum is permitted to receive payment in cash; any payments should be made by check to one of the following entities:
